Financial Controller (Hybrid)
Overview
Par Staffing, LLC seeks a Financial Controller to lead accounting operations and ensure financial reporting integrity. The role involves managing a team of four direct reports and overseeing accounts payable receivable inventory cost accounting and payroll. This position offers a base salary of 145K to 155K plus performance bonus. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements and foster a collaborative culture.
What You'll Do9
- 1Lead month-end close process and audit coordination
- 2Maintain internal controls and deliver accurate financial information
- 3Own accounts payable inventory cost accounting and payroll functions
- 4Support working capital management revenue recognition and policy development
- 5Drive process improvements across finance operations
- 6Coach and train cross-functional teams
- 7Partner with Finance leadership operations and commercial teams
- 8Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- 9Develop and communicate financial strategies with stakeholders
Requirements10
- 1BS or BA in Accounting or Finance
- 2ERP proficiency preferably SAP
- 3Experience managing accounting-financial personnel
- 4Proven track record in inventory and cost accounting
- 5Ability to lead cohesive financial teams
- 6Demonstrated experience with timely financial closings
- 7Strong coaching and communication skills
- 8Experience fostering collaborative cultures
- 9Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- 10Certification such as CPA or CMA preferred
