- 6Monitor compliance with sales tax and other regulatory requirements

- 9Manage and optimize financial systems and accounting technology platforms
- 10Drive automation and process improvements to support scalability
- 11Ensure compliance with banking covenants and reporting obligations
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor degree in Accounting
- 2MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 3Controller or Assistant Controller leadership role
- 4Experience in SaaS or technology industry
- 5Strong understanding of ASC 606 deferred revenue US GAAP
- 6Experience in private equity-backed environments lender covenant reporting
- 7Advanced Excel skills
- 8Experience with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct NetSuite
- 9Analytical organizational communication skills
- 10Hands-on roll-up-your-sleeves approach
