What You'll Do9
- 1Own and lead month-end and year-end close processes
- 2Oversee journal entries reconciliations and financial reporting ensuring GAAP compliance
- 3Lead technical accounting matters and serve as audit point of contact
- 4Partner with Finance Operations and leadership on strategic initiatives
- 5Drive process improvements automation and scalability within accounting
- 6Own internal controls risk assessment and remediation
- 7Manage budgeting forecasting and financial analysis projects with FP&A
- 8Develop and mentor accounting team members
- 9Maintain competitive compensation and benefits package
Requirements7
- 110+ years progressive accounting experience with people management and CPA certification
- 2Prior Big 4 public accounting experience preferred
- 3Strong background in IT services technology SaaS consulting or managed services
- 4Deep knowledge of accounting principles financial reporting and internal controls
- 5Proven ability to lead teams and drive results in fast-paced settings
- 6Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills
- 7Remote work flexibility and flexible schedule
