What You'll Do11
- 1Lead all day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger accounts payable receivable payroll oversight and month-end close
- 2Prepare timely and accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- 3Maintain and strengthen internal controls coordinate annual audits and serve as primary liaison with external auditors
- 4Oversee cash management banking relationships and treasury activities manage tax compliance in partnership with external advisors
- 5Develop KPI dashboards and management reporting providing insight into business performance
- 6Support long-range financial planning scenario analysis and cash flow forecasting
- 7Evaluate business opportunities capital investments and operational initiatives through financial analysis
- 8Lead and mentor the accounting team foster accountability and continuous improvement identify process improvements and collaborate across departments
- 9Support ERP optimization and finance technology initiatives
- 10Partner with executive leadership to develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts build and maintain financial models analyze performance and provide actionable recommendations
- 11Translate financial information into meaningful insights for non-financial leaders improve financial processes and implement best practices
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA required
- 27+ years progressive accounting and finance experience including controller or senior leadership roles
- 3Strong understanding of GAAP internal controls and advanced Excel skills
- 4Experience with NetSuite Bill.com Salesforce and Avalara
- 5Proven ability to develop dashboards KPI reporting and use AI to automate workflows
