What You'll Do9

  • 3Support construction clients with job costing WIP reporting revenue recognition and project profitability
  • 4Prepare and review GAAP-compliant financial statements
  • 5Improve accounting processes internal controls reporting and financial systems
  • 6Partner with executives to deliver financial insight and decision support
  • 7Remain hands-on with journal entries reconciliations schedules and reporting
  • 8Support clients across diverse industries including construction real estate technology SaaS manufacturing professional services distribution and nonprofit
  • 9Drive optimization of accounting practices and implement scalable solutions

Requirements10

  • 1Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or related field
  • 2Strong Controller Assistant Controller or senior accounting leadership experience
  • 3Significant construction accounting experience preferred
  • 4Deep knowledge of job costing WIP project accounting revenue recognition and GAAP standards
  • 5Proven ability to lead close and prepare financial statements
  • 6Experience collaborating across multiple companies and industries
  • 7Excellent client-facing communication skills

  • 9Travel capability throughout Bay Area client locations
