What You'll Do11
- 1Collect and track immunization and health documentation for practicum rotations
- 2Ensure student deadline adherence and notify stakeholders of non-compliance
- 3Communicate updates to students and faculty regarding documentation status
- 4Assist with student placement monitoring at practicum sites
- 5Handle high volume student call traffic while meeting service standards
- 6Build rapport with students and encourage practicum requirement completion
- 7Collaborate within high-performance team to resolve operational challenges
- 8Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- 9Present information effectively to managers students and public
- 10Manage inbound/outbound communications during peak periods
- 11Support university doctrinal statements and ethical positioning
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree preferred with 6 months professional experience
- 2Combination of education and relevant work experience acceptable
- 3Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
- 4Experience with document management systems
- 5Knowledge of healthcare documentation requirements
- 6Ability to handle high volume customer interactions
- 7Experience with scheduling and placement coordination
- 8Familiarity with higher education compliance protocols
- 9Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities
