International Admissions Counselor, Online Division & CRM Tools
Overview
Owns the end to end online credential admissions process for international and foreign students at Grand Canyon Education. Drives enrollment in online degree programs with strong counseling and relationship building. Works in a hybrid setting from Phoenix and collaborates with GCU teams to support student success. This role stands out by guiding nontraditional students through transfer credits, program requirements, and technology needs to start online classes.
What You'll Do7
- 1Build and execute a phone campaign with 100+ dials per day to reach prospective online students and document outcomes
- 2Provide counseling over phone, email, or text to guide applicants through admissions and transfer credit evaluation
- 3Record and maintain confidential student information with accuracy across CRM systems and databases
- 4Champion the GCE mission, promoting student success and institutional growth through excellent service
- 5Guide prospective students through program requirements, payment options, and technology prerequisites for online learning
- 6Generate referrals and meet performance goals as part of a high performing team
- 7Communicate clearly about timelines, application steps, and available student support services
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor’s degree required
- 2No delinquent or in default on a federal student loan as verified in your credit report
- 3Outstanding time management and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- 4Clear communication and listening skills, strong follow up, and empathy
- 5Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools
- 6Experience with CRM tools and call center environments (preferred)
