Clinical Nursing Faculty Med/Surg, MSN & Teaching Experience
Overview
Lead clinical instruction in Med/Surg nursing for pre licensure students at Grand Canyon University Phoenix campus located in the Valley of the Sun engaging in direct and indirect student assessment across clinical and lab settings. Work with multiple content area faculty to evaluate student progress and maintain accreditation standards while staying current with nursing practice trends and teaching methodologies. Travel within the greater Phoenix area to observe student performance and support on site instruction.

Requirements5
- 1Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) required
- 2Active and unencumbered RN license in Arizona or compact state
- 3Minimum of 2 years’ medical/surgical nursing experience
- 4Prior collegiate teaching experience preferred
- 5Evidence of professional involvement (organizations presentations research publications)
