What You'll Do10
- 1Build strong patient relationships to provide comprehensive care across all ages
- 2Lead in-office and telehealth visits to manage acute and chronic conditions
- 3Supervise NP or PA colleagues and contribute to team mentorship
- 4Participate in clinical rounds and continuous learning sessions
- 5Collaborate with on-site and virtual teammates through daily huddles
- 6Perform in-office procedures as clinically appropriate
- 7Contribute to care coordination across laboratories and testing centers
- 8Engage in state licensure expansion and credentialing for multi-state virtual care
- 9Support a patient-centered care model that leverages technology
- 10Maintain high standards of clinical proficiency and documentation
Requirements5
- 1Enrolled in, or completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- 2Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages
- 3Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain certification within 1 year
- 4State licensed in Ohio before start date
- 5Demonstrated passion for human-centered primary care and ability to work with diverse patient populations
