What You'll Do10
- 1Build and provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult and pediatric patients
- 2Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions with evidence based approaches
- 3Deliver preventive care and chronic disease management to improve patient outcomes
- 4Collaborate with physicians, APPs, behavioral health professionals, and other team members to coordinate care
- 5Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic health record to support quality and compliance
- 6Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives to advance care
- 7Engage in continuing education and professional development to uphold standards
- 8Contribute to a positive, patient centered practice culture and teamwork
- 9Support patient education and shared decision making to empower patients
- 10Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensure requirements
Requirements5
- 1MD or DO with graduation from an accredited Family Medicine residency
- 2Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
- 3California medical license or ability to obtain
- 4Strong commitment to quality, patient centered care
- 5Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Salary Insight
$290 - $300k per year
