Overview
You own day-to-day coordination of facilities services for national commercial clients, ensuring timely delivery across multiple locations. As the direct support for National Account Managers, you orchestrate service partners, manage work orders through CMMS platforms, and validate service requests. You join a national team of 50+ operations professionals, collaborating with procurement, dispatch, and account management. This remote role offers exposure to high-profile clients and a clear path into account management or operations leadership.
What You'll Do8
- 1Serve as direct support for National Account Managers by owning daily operational tasks and client service coordination.
- 2Track and validate service requests across client portfolios, updating CMMS records to ensure accuracy.
- 3Assign work tickets and monitor completion, coordinating with dispatch teams to resolve scheduling conflicts or delays.
- 4Source and onboard new service partners, negotiating terms and setting clear performance expectations.
- 5Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, ensuring coverage and quality across regions.
- 6Refer client escalations to National Account Managers, documenting issues and tracking resolution steps.
- 7Support KPI tracking for service delivery, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
- 8Maintain accurate vendor records and internal documentation, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
Requirements8
- 11+ year in facilities maintenance or a related field, with direct experience coordinating vendors and subcontractors.
- 2High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
- 4Experience with CRM or CMMS platforms, preferred but not required.
- 5Strong verbal and written communication skills, proven in multi-stakeholder environments.
- 6Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines without missing details.
- 7Basic negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve scheduling conflicts and service issues.
- 8Comfort working remotely, staying self-driven and accountable.
