Facilities Supervisor, Healthcare Campus & Maintenance
Overview
The Facilities Supervisor will oversee day-to-day maintenance and operations for an aging services campus at La Loma Village in Arizona. They will coordinate facilities team members, ensure preventive maintenance of assets, grounds, and equipment, and train staff while enforcing standards. The role reports to the Director of Facilities and supports a safety-conscious, resident-focused environment.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and manage preventive maintenance tasks for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and landscaping systems using CMMS data
- 2Oversee daily maintenance and landscape work, ensuring timely completion and quality
- 3Train and coach team members on processing, troubleshooting, and safety procedures
- 4Schedule and assign work orders to staff and vendors, tracking completion and outcomes
- 5Maintain department metrics and dashboards related to CMMS software and unit turns
- 6Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call rotations
- 7Enforce safety regulations, life safety programs, and regulatory compliance
- 8Collaborate with department leadership to procure supplies and optimize equipment use
- 9Review rounds data and ensure facility operations meet performance expectations
- 10Inspect facilities and stay current with industry trends to drive efficiency and improvements
Requirements5
- 1High School diploma or equivalent
- 2Prior facility management or supervisory experience preferred
- 3Current or ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
- 4Experience coordinating maintenance and vendor work orders
- 5Strong problem-solving and communication skills

$52 - $58k per year
