- 2Inspect facilities regularly and implement preventative maintenance calendar
- 3Establish and evaluate contractor work with direct supervision
- 4Maintain updated facility records and generate performance reports
- 5Set up rooms and amenities for resident comfort
- 6Prepare annual department budget and monitor financial performance
- 7Ensure signage lighting gates and safety equipment function properly
- 8Manage seasonal weather impacts with documented processes
- 9Provide carpentry plumbing and computer updates to association equipment
- 10Communicate effectively with board staff residents and vendors
- 11Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift heavy loads
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 5 years facilities management experience
- 2Strong communication skills written and verbal
- 3Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- 4Extensive knowledge of grounds and property maintenance
- 5Supervisory experience managing employees and contractors
- 6Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- 7Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- 8Background check and pre-employment physical clearance
- 9Physical stamina for walking long distances in various weather
- 10Experience in community association or similar environments
