Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, EHS, Quality, and Supply Chain to enable manufacturing objectives. What You'll Do10

  • 1Lead and develop facilities utilities and maintenance teams to support plant operations
  • 2Ensure safe reliable compliant operation of facility and utility systems at a large manufacturing site
  • 3Oversee preventive, predictive maintenance and continuous improvement of HVAC, compressed air, electrical distribution, water and wastewater systems
  • 4Manage capital projects including renovations, expansions, infrastructure upgrades, and utility improvements
  • 5Coordinate external contractors vendors and service providers while maintaining budget and scheduling
  • 6Develop emergency response and business continuity plans for facility and utility systems
  • 7Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to maximize reliability efficiency and cost effectiveness
  • 8Support site sustainability energy management and cost reduction initiatives
  • 9Establish facility standards operating procedures and asset management practices
  • 10Prepare and present capital plans performance updates and recommendations to site leadership

Requirements10

  • 1Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Facilities Management Construction Management or related technical discipline Or equivalent experience
  • 28-10 years of experience in facilities utilities maintenance engineering or manufacturing operations
  • 3Minimum 2 years of second-level leadership experience
  • 4Experience managing industrial facilities utility systems or infrastructure operations
  • 5Strong knowledge of building systems utility systems environmental requirements and regulatory compliance
  • 6Demonstrated success leading maintenance infrastructure or facilities improvement initiatives
  • 7Experience managing contractors service providers and capital projects
  • 8Budget development and management experience
  • 9Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
  • 10Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
