What You'll Do5
- 1Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of environmental, health, and safety programs for a high-growth manufacturing operation
- 2Scale the EH&S function as operations expand while maintaining regulatory compliance
- 3Influence cross-functional teams and communicate complex safety topics to executives and frontline employees
- 4Build and monitor safety metrics, incident investigations, and corrective actions to reduce risk
- 5Champion OSHA, EPA, ADEQ compliance and environmental permitting across sites
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- 26+ years of EH&S leadership experience in manufacturing environments such as semiconductor, solar, chemical, or high-tech
- 3Professional certification such as CSP, CIH, CHMM, or equivalent
- 4Demonstrated experience managing EH&S programs in fast-paced, scaling manufacturing settings
- 5Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements including OSHA, EPA, ADEQ and hazardous materials handling
