Facilities Assistant (Evening) - School Maintenance

You will own daily upkeep, safety, and vendor coordination for a K-8 Chinese immersion school with a two-acre campus, reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager. You will manage work orders, oversee janitorial staff, and ensure HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems run without fail for 400+ students and staff. Your work directly keeps classrooms safe, events running, and the community thriving. You will own the day-to-day upkeep of our Skilled Nursing facility, inspecting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to keep residents and staff safe. You will work alongside a Maintenance Director and a regional team, coordinating schedules and responding to requests across the building.
