What You'll Do10
- 1Lead and support operational strategies with the Assistant Director to improve efficiency and accountability
- 2Coordinate high level correspondence and complaint handling through the ECU and administrative staff
- 3Oversee staff performance and indirect reporting structures, ensuring timely reports and recommendations
- 4Develop monitoring methods to ensure program compliance and timely responses to inquiries
- 5Prepare data for reports and presentations representing DCSS goals and achievements
- 6Schedule and coordinate meetings, review AD action items, and assist in AD decisions
- 7Represent the AD in meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- 8Investigate administrative issues and prepare responses to inform AD decisions
- 9Collaborate across divisions to align on program administration and policy implementation
- 10Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize business practices and workflows
Requirements5
- 1Three (3) years of progressively responsible management and leadership experience
- 2Background in Health and Human Services with case management experience
- 3Valid Arizona Driver's License
- 4Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- 5Pre-Employment background and reference checks and E-Verify compliance
