- 4Develop and maintain SOPs for daily operations
- 5Implement operational improvements enhancing member experience
- 6Manage branch operating budgets and monitor financial performance
- 7Recruit, coach, and evaluate branch leadership staff
- 8Foster collaboration between branches and community partners
- 9Represent the YMCA at community events and professional forums
- 10Ensure compliance with YMCA policies and risk management standards
- 11Drive membership growth and retention through effective programming
Requirements7
- 1Minimum of five years in general manager or director-level roles
- 2Proven leadership skills supervising multiple teams and locations
- 3Strong customer service and communication abilities
- 4Experience completing child abuse prevention and CPR certifications
- 5Ability to work with diverse community groups
- 6Physical capability to perform essential job functions
