What You'll Do8
- 1Ensure State Department of Education and Department of Social Services compliance
- 2Monitor parent and staff meetings complete DRDPs and monthly lesson plans
- 3Oversee Department of Agriculture food program requirements
- 4Assist with child enrollment processes
- 5Maintain current Program Director permit as required by state
- 6Manage budget allocations for all program sites
- 7Conduct quarterly quality assessments of educational programming
- 8Coordinate cross-site training initiatives for staff development
Requirements7
- 1Current Program Director permit as required by State Department of Education
- 2Bachelor of Science Degree
- 35+ years experience leading childcare operations
- 4Expertise in early childhood education methodologies
- 5Proficiency in financial management for multi-site organizations
- 6Strong knowledge of California childcare regulations
- 7Ability to travel between diverse program locations weekly
Salary Insight
$85 - $95k per year
