What You'll Do22
- 1Provide daily leadership and supervision of infant and preschool programs
- 2Recruit hire train mentor evaluate teaching staff
- 3Develop staff schedules to maintain appropriate teacher-to-child ratios
- 4Conduct regular staff meetings and ongoing professional development
- 5Maintain compliance with California Title 22 Community Care Licensing regulations
- 6Prepare for licensing inspections and implement corrective actions
- 7Maintain children's records staff files and licensing documentation
- 8Support developmentally appropriate curriculum and monitor classroom quality
- 9Promote learning through play while supporting social emotional physical and cognitive development
- 10Build positive relationships with families through open communication and partnership
- 11Conduct tours for prospective families and assist with enrollment
- 12Address parent questions and concerns professionally and promptly
- 13Organize family events and promote a welcoming school community
- 14Oversee daily operations including enrollment and classroom capacity
- 15Manage supplies equipment and facility needs
- 16Coordinate emergency preparedness procedures and health protocols
- 17Meet California Title 22 Director qualifications
- 18Supervise infant and preschool programs
- 19Have strong knowledge of California Community Care Licensing regulations
- 20Hold current Pediatric CPR and First Aid Certification
- 21Complete Mandated Reporter Training Certificate
- 22Obtain criminal background clearance and health screening as required by licensing
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading teams in licensed child care settings
- 3Associate`s or Bachelor`s Degree in Early Childhood Education Child Development or related field
- 4Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a licensed preschool or child care center
- 5Experience supervising infant and preschool programs
- 6Strong knowledge of California Community Care Licensing regulations
- 7Current Pediatric CPR and First Aid Certification
- 8Mandated Reporter Training Certificate
- 9Criminal background clearance and health screening as required by licensing
