What You'll Do9
- 1Select accredited curriculum based on each classroom’s needs and programs
- 2Ensure compliance with county and state regulations and Department of Education standards
- 3Manage staff expectations address scheduling and interpersonal conflicts
- 4Review lesson plans printed materials bulletins and newsletters
- 5Plan extra-curricular activities including entertainment and field trips
- 6Maintain positive communication within the team
- 7Implement new strategies to grow outreach efforts
- 8Oversee office supplies and scheduling logistics
- 9Drive operational excellence across all child care services
Requirements8
- 1Valid teaching license or certification
- 2Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in education
- 35+ years managing early childhood programs
- 4Deep understanding of child development and educational strategies
- 5Proven leadership experience with multiple staff members
- 6Strong organizational skills for managing schedules and resources
- 7Excellent communication abilities for team collaboration
- 8Ability to develop and implement growth initiatives
