- 8Represent school in external communications handle inspections and regulatory matters
- 9Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and resource allocation
- 10Ensure safe classroom environments allow movement between indoor outdoor spaces
- 11Respond promptly to parent inquiries and address concerns within 24 hours
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education Business Administration or related field
- 23‑5 years childcare or school management experience
- 3Strong knowledge of state childcare regulations licensing standards
- 4Excellent leadership communication and organizational abilities
- 5Ability to manage budgets and grow enrollment
- 6Director state credentials preferred
- 7Experience with ECE licensing curriculum implementation safety practices
- 8Proven track record of improving operational efficiency
- 9Commitment to professional development and advanced qualifications optional
- 10Demonstrated ability to influence employment decisions and staff culture
Salary Insight
$74 - $83k per year
