- 1Regulatory & Licensing Leadership ensure full compliance with PA DHS/OCDEL school-age regulations
- 2Maintain child and staff files attendance records required documentation onsite
- 3Keep program organized audit-ready
- 4Program & Staff Leadership Lead engaging activities STEAM fitness academics arts homework support
- 5Actively supervise children staff playground oversight
- 6Maintain safe staff-to-child ratios behavior management
- 7Operations & Communication Oversee daily attendance registration scheduling liaison families school administration main office
- 8Communicate clearly professionally using Playground App
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education Child Development Special Education human services plus 1 year experience working with children under 13
- 2Bachelor's Degree including 30 credit hours early childhood education child development special education human services plus 2 years experience working with children under 13
- 3Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education Child Development Special Education human services plus 3 years experience working with children under 13
- 4Associate's Degree including 30 credit hours early childhood education child development special education human services plus 4 years experience working with children under 13
- 5Must pass full background check including fingerprinting reference checks
- 6Medically fit clear TB
- 7Strong leadership communication skills physically able bend stretch lift carry up to 50 lbs
- 8Part-Time
