What You'll Do11

Requirements10

  • 1Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education Administration or related field with master's preferred
  • 2Minimum 3 years director-level experience in early childhood education
  • 3Demonstrated leadership developing curriculum and managing staff
  • 4Expertise in Reggio-inspired educational approaches
  • 5Strong knowledge of child development principles and developmentally appropriate practices
