What You'll Do16
- 1Oversee all aspects of center operations ensure full compliance with OSSE licensing CACFP Pay Equity QRIS and other governing requirements
- 2Monitor classroom environments lesson plans assessments uphold high-quality learning aligned with The Creative Curriculum and Emergent’s educational philosophy
- 3Maintain accurate documentation staff records reporting requirements licensing standards internal policies
- 4Conduct regular classroom observations coaching promote teaching excellence
- 5Supervise support evaluate teaching staff align with organization’s vision mission lead professional development foster reflection collaboration accountability
- 6Implement onboarding training continuous performance monitoring systems foster positive morale team communication shared ownership program outcomes
- 7Cultivate strong relationships families through effective communication responsiveness trust coordinate family events conferences community partnerships strengthen family school connections serve as primary point of contact
- 8Oversee enrollment classroom ratios attendance reporting subsidy compliance ensure health nutrition safety protocols
- 9Manage supply ordering scheduling facility needs ensure smooth daily operations
- 10Maintain full compliance achieve sustained 100% across all licensing and regulatory inspections
- 11Enrollment management maintain or exceed 95% of center’s licensed capacity
- 12Staff retention performance achieve at least 90% retention rate ensure teaching staff meet exceed required qualifications
- 13Program quality scores demonstrate improvement or consistent high performance QRIS ITERS CLASS internal observation assessments
- 14Family satisfaction maintain minimum 90% positive satisfaction rate based on surveys feedback
- 15Administrative accuracy ensure timely submission reports attendance compliance documents zero deficiencies

Requirements8
- 1Bachelor’s degree or higher Early Childhood Education Child Development related field
- 2Minimum 3–5 years early childhood experience including at least 2 years leadership supervisory capacity
- 3Strong knowledge OSSE licensing regulations curriculum frameworks early childhood assessment tools
- 4Exceptional leadership communication organizational skills ability to coach inspire teachers ensure accountability excellence
- 5Commitment to equity inclusion nurture culturally responsive learning community
- 6Preferred Master’s degree Early Childhood Education Educational Leadership related discipline
