What You'll Do11

  • 4Prepare comprehensive briefing materials and coordinate logistics for meetings and events
  • 5Maintain confidential files and conduct research to support executive decision‑making
  • 6Meticulously process and track expenses while reconciling statements
  • 7Support Board of Directors engagement by scheduling meetings and ensuring alignment
  • 8Serve as a trusted liaison between executives and internal/external leaders
  • 9Demonstrate agility in adapting to unexpected travel disruptions and schedule changes
  • 10Capture and disseminate decisions and action items promptly after meetings
  • 11Foster strong relationships within the executive assistant community

Requirements10

  • 16+ years supporting C‑Level executives
  • 2Associate or bachelor’s degree with relevant experience
  • 3Understanding of corporate board governance
  • 4Exceptional judgment, tact, diplomacy, and integrity
  • 5Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • 6Detailed planning, time management, and organizational abilities
  • 7Ability to learn new technologies quickly
