- 7Prepare and package executive communications and legislative documents for senior leaders.
- 8Support project coordination and workflow processes within the Executive Office.
Requirements9
- 13+ years advanced administrative support experience, including supporting senior leaders or executives.
- 2Experience managing complex scheduling and coordinating high-level meetings with minimal supervision.
- 3Drafting, editing, and finalizing executive correspondence, reports, or briefing materials.
- 4Serving as a liaison with multiple stakeholder groups and maintaining working relationships.
- 5Coordinating projects, workflows, or office processes.
- 6Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Teams for calendars, communications, and document production.
- 7Handling sensitive, confidential, or politically sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- 8Demonstrated initiative, follow-up, and independent problem-solving.
- 9Ability to pass a background check and employment reference check.
