Overview
You will support the leadership of Michael Zenreich Architect PC, a New York City-based architectural firm, coordinating proposals, client communications, and office operations. You will work directly with principals and project managers, managing critical documents and confidential information. This role sits at the center of a collaborative team of architects and designers, where your organizational skills directly impact project timelines and client satisfaction. You will prepare proposals and review co-op and condo alteration submissions, ensuring compliance and accuracy. This is a hands-on role in a boutique firm, offering exposure to architecture and construction project life cycles.
What You'll Do7
- 1Prepare proposals for new work, assembling scope, fees, and contracts.
- 2Review submissions from co-ops and condos for alterations, checking compliance with building regulations.
- 3Serve as primary contact for internal and external communications on behalf of leadership.
- 4Draft correspondence, reports, presentations, and other professional documents.
- 5Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- 6Organize and maintain filing systems, databases, and office records.
- 7Assist with client relations, vendor coordination, and office management duties.
Requirements8
- 1Background in art, architecture, or construction.
- 22+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in senior administrative support.
- 3Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- 5Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 6Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced professional environment.
- 7Experience in an architecture or design firm is a plus.

Salary Insight
