What You'll Do7

  • 1Prepare proposals for new work, assembling scope, fees, and contracts.
  • 2Review submissions from co-ops and condos for alterations, checking compliance with building regulations.
  • 3Serve as primary contact for internal and external communications on behalf of leadership.
  • 4Draft correspondence, reports, presentations, and other professional documents.
  • 5Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • 6Organize and maintain filing systems, databases, and office records.
  • 7Assist with client relations, vendor coordination, and office management duties.

Requirements8

  • 1Background in art, architecture, or construction.
  • 22+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in senior administrative support.
  • 3Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • 4Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • 5Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
