Overview
Lead CEO in New York Office. Support organizational efficiency through administrative duties and executive communications. Work flexibly Monday Friday 9am-6pm.
What You'll Do12
- 1Maintain polished professional demeanor when interacting with staff and clients

- 3Plan and organize tasks while multitasking effectively
- 4Analyze and resolve problems independently using business judgment
- 5Prepare reports correspondence and memos
- 6Provide prompt courteous customer service
- 7Work with desktop computers and server networks
- 8Utilize Microsoft Office Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint
- 9Coordinate calendar management for CEO availability
- 10Assist with document scanning printing editing presentations
- 11Manage travel arrangements including flights lodging and meals
- 12Process expense reports and credit card reconciliations
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's Degree or higher
- 2Five Plus (5+) years Executive Administrative Assistant Experience
- 3Familiarity with Adobe preferred
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
- 5Working knowledge of PC-based Desktop Computers and Server-based Networks
- 6Reliable attendance
- 7Ability to plan prioritize and multitask
- 8Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- 9Experience with calendar management systems
- 10Understanding of travel documentation processes
Salary Insight
$125 - $135k per year
