Overview

Executive Administrator Coordinator to the Chancellor’s office will coordinate executive outreach, manage confidential matters, and support districtwide initiatives at scale. You’ll partner with the Chief Public Affairs Officer, Chancellor direct reports, and Governing Board to ensure seamless operations and exceptional stakeholder engagement. This role combines calendar management, meeting logistics, and strategic support to help the Chancellor prioritize commitments and drive district objectives.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Manage sophisticated calendar for the Chancellor and arrange travel for executives
  • 2Coordinate meetings and events including agendas and logistics for internal and external stakeholders
  • 3Serve as primary contact for confidential or critical matters pertaining to the Chancellor and district policies
  • 4Proactively brief the Chancellor on upcoming commitments and anticipate needs for meetings and conferences
  • 5Exercise independent judgment in communications and information dissemination while maintaining privacy and discretion
  • 6Prioritize conflicting needs, drive projects to completion under deadlines
  • 7Support executive outreach and external relations efforts and oversee special projects
  • 8Liaise with Chancellor management and project teams to ensure alignment with district priorities
  • 9Provide support to C-suite executives and senior district leaders as needed
  • 10Assist with event management and communicationsrelated tasks to support district visibility

Requirements5

  • 1Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field
  • 2Six years of varied and increasingly responsible administrative office experience including public contact
  • 3Two years of experience supporting C-Suite executives
  • 4Strong discretion handling confidential material and high-pressure situations
  • 5Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
