EUC Architect, Endpoint Management & VDI
Overview
You will own the enterprise EUC architecture roadmap across endpoint management, VDI/DaaS, mobility, and collaboration platforms. You define and govern standards for Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Jamf, and Azure Virtual Desktop, shaping secure and scalable employee experiences. Your work directly impacts 10,000+ endpoints and sets the technical direction for the EUC engineering team. This role offers the chance to modernize legacy infrastructure while driving zero-trust security adoption.
What You'll Do10
- 1Define the EUC architecture roadmap for endpoint management, VDI/DaaS, mobility, and collaboration platforms.
- 2Architect and govern endpoint platforms including Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Jamf.
- 3Establish OS build, patch management, application packaging, and device compliance standards.
- 4Design VDI and DaaS solutions using Azure Virtual Desktop and VMware Horizon.
- 5Drive zero-trust security integration across all EUC environments and identity providers.
- 6Collaborate with security, network, and service desk teams to align endpoint strategies.
- 7Evaluate emerging EUC technologies, run proof-of-concepts, and recommend adoption.
- 8Define and monitor KPIs for endpoint performance, patching, and user satisfaction.
- 9Mentor junior engineers, setting coding and configuration standards for automation.
- 10Own the technical lifecycle of employee devices from provisioning to decommissioning.
Requirements10
- 112+ years in EUC architecture, endpoint engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Jamf.
- 3Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop or VMware Horizon.
- 4Deep understanding of Windows and macOS OS build methodologies and patching.
- 5Proven track record defining endpoint security baselines aligned with zero-trust.
- 6Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation.
- 7Experience with application packaging formats like MSI, MSIX, and PKG.
- 8Knowledge of identity integration with Entra ID and Okta.
- 9Ability to create architectural diagrams and technical documentation.
- 10Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent work experience.
