Overview
As an eStore Curbie, you will retrieve eCommerce orders from storage and transport them to customers. You will use a digital tool to review orders, make adjustments, and ensure quality. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service and sanitation. This role offers hands-on experience in retail logistics and order fulfillment.
What You'll Do9
- 1Use a digital tool to retrieve and review customer orders.
- 2Communicate order changes or adjustments to customers.
- 3Audit orders for bagging, quality, and completion.
- 4Package, transport, and load groceries to customer vehicles.
- 5Minimize shrink through careful product handling.
- 6Achieve productivity standards by managing multiple tasks.
- 7Gather baskets and pick up trash inside and outside the eStore.
- 8Maintain and stock bag areas and return products to shelves.
- 9Transfer products between slots to free up carts and organize the store.
Requirements8
- 116+ years of age.
- 2Customer service skills.
- 3Communication skills.
- 4Ability to prioritize and handle cross-functional tasks.
- 5Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and evenings.
- 6Completion of required training upon hire, such as Alcohol Seller's Training.
- 7Ability to lift 55 lbs and manage loads exceeding 55 lbs with assistance.
- 8Constantly walk, reach at waist, and grasp; occasionally sit, stand, reach overhead, bend, stoop, and climb stairs.
