Merchandiser / Fulfillment Associate, Retail & Customer Service
Overview
You will own product inventory and online order fulfillment at a high-volume retail store, ensuring shelves are stocked, displays are built, and digital orders are picked and delivered. You will join a collaborative store team reporting to management, with opportunities to build product knowledge through wine, spirits, and beer training. What You'll Do7
- 1Process freight, organize and distribute inventory, pull and stock merchandise, build displays and end caps, and place signage
- 2Fulfill digital orders for in-store, curbside, and delivery services, including driving and making deliveries when assigned
- 3Greet customers, engage to build relationships, and inform about products and services to deliver a personalized experience
- 4Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge and stay current on promotions and loyalty programs
- 5Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store, ensuring adherence to alcohol sales laws and regulations
- 6Complete cross-functional responsibilities as assigned, including front-end or sales tasks based on business needs
- 7Load and deliver orders safely, following company policies and traffic laws
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 21+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred
- 3Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- 4Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- 5Must be 21 years of age or older
- 6Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day
- 7Safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets, climb ladders, and lift 50 lbs. overhead repeatedly
- 8May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday
