What You'll Do11
- 1Build stock and maintain product displays and endcaps in retail accounts where permitted
- 2Install and maintain POS materials such as signage shelf talkers and promotional items
- 3Create and produce signage in advance and as needed for promotions and account requests
- 4Conduct in‑store consumer tastings and promotional events to engage customers and drive sales
- 5Ensure product placement rotation and appearance meet company standards
- 6Collaborate with sales representatives and district managers to execute brand and seasonal initiatives
- 7Assist other departments including warehouse sales delivery and inventory support during peak periods
- 8Maintain accurate records of completed work inventory levels and display compliance
- 9Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding store visits opportunities and competitive activity
- 10Operate a company or personal vehicle safely between assigned accounts
- 11Support sales representatives by troubleshooting minor draft beer system issues
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in beverage distribution
- 3Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- 4Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- 5Self‑motivated independent worker comfortable performing solitary tasks and collaborative projects
- 6Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
- 7Excellent communication and time‑management skills
- 8Interest in the wine spirits and beer industry preferred
- 9Prior merchandising retail or beverage experience a plus
