Fulfillment Specialist Stores Part Time
Overview
Part-Time Fulfillment Specialists assist in preparing and shipping products for customers. AKA Detail Gurus who check for incoming orders, pick items from store inventory, and process orders for shipment, in-store pickup, or curbside pickup. They act and lead through core values of humility empathy authenticity relationships and tenacity (HEART). This role supports the styling floor team by ensuring efficient order turnaround maintaining a productivity standard of five minutes per unit. Fulfillment hours are funded based on units fulfilled.
What You'll Do11

- 2Develop proficiency for all company point-of-sale and order creation systems
- 3Provide efficient process to turnaround customer orders timely
- 4Pull and package in-store pickup orders
- 5Pull in-store pickup orders for customers as needed to keep styling floor focused
- 6Assist inventory specialist with shipment processing replenishment or store recovery tasks
- 7Maintain organizational skills and computer proficiency
- 8Climb ladder as needed
- 9Lift 20-30 pounds
- 10Work independently in stores self-motivated
- 11Demonstrate strong time management and multitasking abilities
