- 1Regulatory Report Preparation & Analysis (60%) Prepare, review, and submit U.S. financial regulatory reports such as FR Y‑7Q and FFIEC 009 ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- 2Variance Analysis (30%) Conduct independent variance analysis across periods and entities to identify root causes of anomalies
- 3Data Discrepancy Resolution (30%) Resolve data inconsistencies between source systems and risk systems through collaboration with Finance Risk and Technology partners
- 4Regulatory Research & Controls (30%) Research new regulations and update reporting frameworks to maintain compliance and improve control effectiveness
- 5Analytics & Visualization (20%) Build dashboards and visualizations using Power Platform tools to monitor reporting status and data sources
- 6Stakeholder Support (10%) Answer inquiries from auditors and regulators and contribute to policy development and system enhancements
- 7Process Improvement (15%) Recommend procedural enhancements and lead ownership of reporting workflow optimizations
- 8Team Collaboration (10%) Work with cross‑functional teams to drive transformation initiatives and data migration projects
- 9Policy Development (5%) Draft and maintain documentation supporting regulatory reporting governance
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Power Platform tools including Power BI and AI platforms
- 3Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory reporting standards
- 4Experience with Nasdaq Axiom reporting software preferred
- 5CPA certification preferred
