You will manage the Business Management Office reporting function for the Office of the CIO, overseeing operational and financial reporting across a multi-state financial institution. What You'll Do7

- 4Build and maintain regulatory reports to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements.
- 5Mentor a team of two analysts, setting clear goals and conducting weekly check-ins.
- 6Drive adoption of a new reporting tool, replacing manual Excel processes with Power BI dashboards.

Requirements6
- 15+ years in business reporting, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
- 2Experience in financial services, specifically with regulatory reporting (e.g., FR Y-9C, Call Report).
- 3Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL for data extraction.
- 4Strong knowledge of Power BI or Tableau for dashboard creation.
- 5Excellent communication skills to present to executives.
- 6Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
