Overview
Own the FP&A analytics ecosystem with a focus on Power BI development, data models, and end-to-end data architecture across Corporate and Commercial Finance. Build durable, system-driven solutions for scalable insights and automated reporting. Work with finance teams and IT to deliver governance, data quality, and self-service analytics.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and own dashboards in Power BI for Corporate FP&A and Commercial Finance including revenue, margin, SG&A, OpEx, headcount, KPIs, forecasting, and executive reporting
- 2Design and maintain robust data models and DAX logic to ensure high performance and scalability
- 3Architect end-to-end reporting pipelines between ERP, HRIS, CRM, FP&A planning tools, and BI systems
- 4Automate manual financial reporting using Power Query and dataflows to reduce ad-hoc requests
- 5Diagnose data issues, refresh failures, and modeling inconsistencies and drive system-driven process improvements
- 6Collaborate with IT and vendors on integrations, metadata structures, and system reliability
- 7Maintain a single source of truth for corporate and commercial financial data
- 8Standardize BI design, metrics, and visualizations across the organization
- 9Support quarterly forecasting, monthly outlooks and annual planning through automated tools
- 10Enable AI-powered real-time insights and improved predictability across FP&A workflows
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics Information Systems Finance Accounting or related field
- 2Advanced Power BI expertise including DAX Power Query M dimensional data modeling dataflows and workspace management
- 32–6 years of experience in BI development data analytics FP&A or financial reporting
- 4Strong understanding of financial statements and budgeting/forecasting concepts
- 5High proficiency in Excel and demonstrated ability to automate workflows and build scalable reporting solutions
