Overview
Lead data analytics initiatives and craft dashboards at enterprise scale within a client-facing environment. Own SQL data preparation, transformation, validation, and reporting pipelines. Build and optimize DAX measures and data models to enable actionable insights for stakeholders. Collaborate with data engineers and business teams to design star and snowflake schemas and reliable KPIs. This role blends analytics, governance, and storytelling through visualizations that drive decisions.

- 1Build and optimize SQL Server queries for data preparation and reporting outcomes
- 2Design and develop high quality Power BI dashboards and reports that drive insights
- 3Develop complex DAX measures and calculations to support analytical needs
- 4Create star and snowflake schemas, surrogate keys, and slowly changing dimensions
- 5Standardize KPIs and performance metrics for operational and management reporting
- 6Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and governance
- 7Maintain and document data models and BI solutions
- 8Deliver analytical solutions on schedule and with reliable performance
- 9Prototype and implement reporting solutions that scale with business needs
Requirements5
- 13+ years building BI solutions with Power BI
- 2Strong SQL Server query optimization and data modeling skills
- 3Experience designing star and snowflake schemas and SSAS tabular models
- 4Proficiency in DAX and Power BI data modeling
- 5Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
