Senior Business Analyst, Power BI
Overview
Transform complex data into meaningful reporting and business insights using Power BI and Microsoft data environment. Lead stakeholders across technical and business teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions.
What You'll Do11
- 1Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations for informed decision making
- 2Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define reporting needs and translate business questions into analytics solutions
- 3Build and refine data models to improve reporting accuracy, usability, and performance in Power BI
- 4Analyze large datasets to identify trends, root causes, and actionable recommendations
- 5Support design and enhancement of data warehouse structures for enterprise reporting
- 6Establish data quality standards by reviewing source data and validating outputs
- 7Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction transformation and validation
- 8Manage multiple independent initiatives while balancing deadlines and delivering high-quality analytical work
- 9Demonstrate at least 7 years of experience in business analysis, business intelligence, or data analytics
- 10Apply 5+ years of hands-on Power BI experience including dashboard creation, data modeling, and report tuning
- 11Translate incomplete or complex data into clear business insights and practical recommendations

- 3Strong working knowledge of SQL and Microsoft data ecosystem

- 5Solid understanding of data governance principles and data quality improvement methods
