Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting Finance Computer Science Data Engineering or related field
- 2Banking or financial services experience with knowledge of banking products
- 3Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite SQL Alteryx and Tableau
- 4Strong communication skills for presenting to management
- 5Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- 6Ability to prioritize tasks and meet critical reporting deadlines
- 7Experience supporting financial or regulatory reporting processes
- 8Knowledge of data governance practices to improve data quality
- 9Experience with change management in regulated environments
- 10Process improvement skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- 11Adaptability to changing regulatory requirements and business priorities
