Overview
The Enrollment Specialist owns the student enrollment journey at Walden University, guiding prospective students through program selection and the admissions process at scale. You will collaborate with the team to deliver an excellent, relationship-driven experience across multiple channels. What You'll Do5
- 1Build trusted relationships with prospective and current students to understand goals and align them with appropriate programs
- 2Communicate program value and start dates via phone and written channels to enable informed enrollment decisions
- 3Guide students through the enrollment process including financial aid considerations and quality inbound/outbound communications
- 4Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data capture and confidentiality in a regulated environment
- 5Contribute to team growth by mentoring others and participating in training sessions to facilitate enrollments
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's Degree Required
- 21+ year customer service or relationship-building experience
- 31+ year admissions experience preferred
- 4Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 5Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
