Enrollment Manager, Higher Ed Enrollment & Coaching
Overview
Enrollment leadership role overseeing a team of Enrollment Coaches in a Denver based, on-site role. Own pipeline health, coaching to conversion, and cross-functional partnerships to drive institutional enrollment outcomes at scale. Lead a cohort of coaches to build strong student relationships from inquiry to enrollment and report insights to leadership. What You'll Do10
- 1Lead and coach Enrollment Coaches to achieve productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal attainment
- 2Develop employees through performance evaluations, recognition, feedback, and disciplinary processes with HR support
- 3Recruit, interview, select, and train new staff in collaboration with Human Resources
- 4Manage team schedules, program assignments, PTO, and coverage
- 5Maintain transparent communication via department meetings, one on ones, and other channels
- 6Collaborate with academic partners to report results and address challenges
- 7Review and update departmental operating processes for efficiency
- 8Monitor enrollment data, lead source performance, and programmatic trends to provide actionable leadership insights
- 9Align work with Human Capital Education values and goals
- 10Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Requirements8
- 13+ years of management experience
- 2Experience with higher education institutions required
- 3Knowledge of the operation and metrics of Enrollment Services
- 4Proven ability to lead and develop a department and staff
- 5Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- 6Strong interpersonal relationship building and coaching skills
- 7Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
- 8Excellent organizational management skills
