Assistant Director of Admissions, Career Education
Overview
You will run campus admissions operations at MyComputerCareer, a tech education school in Charlotte, NC, impacting student enrollment and career outcomes. You own daily admissions workflows, reporting, and team leadership, working directly with the Director of Admissions to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. What You'll Do8
- 1Lead the campus admissions team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets, reporting progress to the Director of Admissions.
- 2Audit the enrollment process and student records to ensure full compliance with DOE, federal, and local regulations.
- 3Collaborate with the Director and Executive team to refine admissions processes and implement best practices across the campus.
- 4Drive daily communication with admissions staff on productivity metrics, reporting, and process adherence.
- 5Track and analyze admissions statistics to spot trends and adjust strategies to meet and exceed goals.
- 6Solicit, screen, and train new admissions staff per HR procedures, fostering a high-performance team culture.
- 7Resolve student and staff complaints promptly, ensuring a positive campus experience.
- 8Represent the campus as a key member of leadership during daily operations and special events.
Requirements9
- 12-4 years of experience in admissions management, campus operations, or a similar role.
- 2Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3Proven leadership and team management skills, with examples of motivating staff to meet quotas.
- 4Strong oral and written communication skills for daily reporting and team coordination.
- 5Expertise in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- 6Familiarity with DOE regulations and accreditation standards in a school setting.
- 7Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure.
- 8Statistical and financial analysis skills for evaluating enrollment performance.
- 9Willingness to travel occasionally for campus or company events.
