You will partner with Field Liaisons and center administrators to maximize lead conversion and build referral relationships. This role is the tactical engine that turns every inquiry into a placement, with a focus on data-driven marketing to physicians and community agencies. What You'll Do8

  • 1Submit a monthly schedule to Cluster Center Administrators, VP of Operations, and VP of Business Development
  • 2Drive daily lead follow-up across cluster centers, coordinating with Field Liaisons to ensure every lead gets immediate contact
  • 3Track patient outcomes weekly and share reports with Field Liaisons to sharpen referral strategies
  • 4Conduct cluster center training to elevate patient satisfaction and align care teams
  • 5Implement patient satisfaction surveys using the company tool and coordinate follow-up actions
  • 6Develop marketing strategies for cluster centers, focusing on data-driven outreach to physicians and community agencies, plus home health and other professionals
  • 7Set specific marketing targets for each center based on local market data and referral patterns
  • 8Build and maintain a pipeline of referral sources through direct engagement and regular check-ins

Requirements6

  • 1Bachelor's degree
  • 23-5 years of experience in Admissions, Census Development, or Marketing in healthcare
  • 3Customer-service orientation with the ability to manage complex stakeholder needs
  • 4Strong communication skills to present to leadership and external partners
  • 5Proficiency in CRM and data analysis tools for lead tracking
  • 6Knowledge of skilled nursing facility regulations and payor requirements (e.g., Medicare)
