What You'll Do5
- 1Verify and enroll participant referrals daily through walk-ins electronic channels and telephone interactions
- 2Review consumer documents for completeness ensuring all Fair Fares requirements are met
- 3Navigate enrollment database scanning authenticated documents and entering demographic information accurately
- 4Finalize complete Fair Fare applications notifying consumers of missing items and guiding them on document retrieval
- 5Coordinate information sessions and create materials for community outreach across Manhattan and surrounding areas

- 1High school graduation or equivalent plus three years community work experience
- 2Equivalent education or experience for high school requirement
- 3Ability to handle confidential documentation discreetly
