You will own the full enrollment lifecycle for health home services, guiding eligible patients from outreach to activation across New York boroughs. You will work with case managers, providers, and insurance reps to ensure seamless service access. You will own daily data entry and program support for two Older Adult Centers serving 500 older adults daily. You will process membership applications, track attendance, and cross-check records against the NYC Aging database. Reporting to the Senior Program Director, you will work alongside social workers and program assistants in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. This part-time role offers 14 hours per week and a chance to directly improve lives through data accuracy and customer service.

Seasonal position overseeing enrollment and onboarding for Early Learning programs. Responsible for outreach recruitment and maintaining compliance with regulations. Reports to Family Advocacy and Community Engagement Manager.

You will own the full enrollment lifecycle for prospective students at NewSchool of Architecture & Design, converting leads into enrolled students. You will use Element451 CRM to track and drive applicants through the admissions funnel. You will collaborate with the Director of Enrollment and Marketing and a team that values student success.
