What You'll Do11
- 1Review eligibility documents and calculate household income to determine initial and continuing eligibility for child care services
- 2Operate computer systems to conduct searches for initial applications, redetermination, and updates
- 3Communicate with families and providers in person by phone and through written correspondence
- 4Explain program requirements and procedures to families and childcare providers
- 5Provide community referrals and link participants to childcare resources
- 6Assist childcare providers with payment and eligibility inquiries
- 7Enter data into internal and external databases with high standards of accuracy
- 8Counsel participants regarding program eligibility requirements and their responsibilities
- 9Participate in staff meetings and training workshops
- 10Provide quality customer service to clients and providers
- 11Coordinate communications to parents and programs
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High volume deadline driven position
- 3Concrete statements about experience with specific tools and systems
- 4Understanding of eligibility determination processes
- 5Ability to analyze documents for authenticity and validity
- 6Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail
- 7Experience with human services or child development industry
- 8Bilingual Spanish Creole proficiency
- 9Physical ability to lift 10 pounds
- 10Education: high school diploma required
