AmeriPro Health LLC seeks an Emergency Medical Technician to deliver BLS care and safe transport in emergency settings. This position emphasizes patient assessment direct BLS treatment operational readiness and teamwork supporting paramedics and public safety partners. What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct patient assessments and provide BLS interventions such as CPR oxygen delivery bleeding control splinting and vital signs monitoring
- 2Assist paramedics by preparing equipment and performing delegated tasks during ALS calls
- 3Monitor patient condition during transport and relay updates to the paramedic or receiving facility
- 4Complete accurate timely electronic documentation of BLS care and patient interactions
- 5Operate the ambulance safely following company driving standards and traffic regulations
- 6Maintain ambulance and equipment readiness through inspections cleaning restocking and reporting issues
- 7Perform stretcher operations lifting moving patients and securing equipment to support safe transport
- 8Participate in required training and quality improvement activities to maintain EMT proficiency
- 9Meet physical requirements including standing walking lifting up to 180 pounds and sometimes up to 300 pounds with assistance
- 10Demonstrate close color peripheral depth vision and ability to adjust focus
- 11Hold current EMT certification pre‑hospital trauma life support and technology proficiency

- 1High school diploma GED or equivalent
- 2Current state EMT certification/licensure in good standing
- 3Current National Registry NREMT certification if required by state
- 4Current CPR BLS certification
- 5Valid state driver's license
- 6FEMA IS Certifications (IS‑100 IS‑200 IS‑700 IS‑800)
- 7Strong people skills and proven ability to collaborate in a team
- 8Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
