What You'll Do9
- 1Lead employment litigation across state and federal courts and agency hearings
- 2Represent employers in discrimination leave wage hour and contract disputes
- 3Advise on day-to-day HR compliance and workplace investigations
- 4Draft and maintain employee handbooks agreements and separation contracts
- 5Conduct internal investigations and design compliance training programs
- 6Develop business-focused legal strategies for talent management
- 7Partner with senior attorneys to deliver integrated solutions
- 8Mentor junior staff and contribute to practice development
- 9Ensure adherence to California Bar admission requirements
Requirements9
- 15+ years building employment policies with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing complex workplace litigation cases
- 3J.D. from ABA accredited institution
- 4California Bar eligibility confirmed
- 53+ years advising employers on compliance matters
- 6Experience drafting separation agreements
- 7Proficiency with workplace investigation protocols
- 8Strong communication skills for client interactions
