What You'll Do11
- 1Coordinate and support employee onboarding regulatory compliance maintenance and human resources projects
- 2Provide office administrative support using excellent customer service skills while promoting the HR operating model
- 3Manage inventory of office supplies ingoing outgoing mail calendars agendas minutes and phone/walk-ins to support HR operations
- 4Support HR programs and initiatives at a local level as directed
- 5Administer employee badge process granting tracking and printer maintenance
- 6Coordinate activities related to department and organizational design changes
- 7Serve as liaison to hiring managers and employees during the onboarding process
- 8Process completion of employee health requirements and documentation
- 9Track compliance with performance management processes and perform separation of work processes
- 10Facilitate repayment programs in coordination with shared services
- 11Support special compensation programs employee wellness programs and tuition reimbursement according to policy

- 1Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint [Required]
- 2Working knowledge of or aptitude to learn human resources disciplines [Required]
- 3Professional excellent oral and written communication skills [Required]

- 11Associate degree preferred high school graduate or equivalent [Required]
- 122+ years of human resources administrative or related experience [Preferred]
